Job summary

ASML is offering a bachelor- or master-level internship in the Internship Office within EU Talent Acquisition. The role focuses on improving processes, coordinating small projects, and supporting internship events with universities.

The position requires 4+ days on-site per week, with a start date in February 2027 and a minimum tenure of 5 months. You will engage with HR, recruitment, and event activities while gaining exposure to end-to-end internship recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, Business, Event Management, or a similar field.
• Interest in project management, process improvement, event organization, HR, and recruitment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support Internship Office improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation and efficiency, and implementing practical solutions.
• Take ownership of small improvement projects from start to finish, including gathering stakeholder input, developing solutions, coordinating implementation, and evaluating their impact.
• Co-plan and support at least one internship-related events including preparation, stakeholder coordination, communication, execution, and evaluation of events at ASML and universities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within Talent Acquisition to understand their needs, improve ways of working, and contribute to a positive experience for students, interns, and hiring managers.
• Gain exposure to the end-to-end internship recruitment process and support selected recruitment activities when needed.
