Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support HR operational activities across employee lifecycle areas.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, managers and stakeholders.
• Apply HR policies and guidelines in daily tasks.
• Maintain employee data and handle confidential information with care.
• Analyze recurring questions and process challenges to identify improvements.
• Contribute to initiatives that simplify team processes.
• Lead or support a small continuous improvement project during the internship.
