Job summary

ASML is seeking a motivated HR Advisory Team Intern to support daily HR operations and contribute to projects focused on service quality and continuous improvement in a global, technology-driven environment. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, help identify improvement opportunities, and gain hands-on experience shaping an excellent employee experience through data-driven HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HRM, business, organizational studies, or psychology.
• Enrolled at an educational institution for full duration.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solver.
• Proactive and collaborative, able to work independently.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in digital innovation and AI-enabled methods.
