Job summary

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in HR or related fields, speak English well, and are motivated to learn, collaborate, and contribute to day-to-day operations as well as a potential small improvement

Responsibilities

• Support HR operational activities across a range of service areas.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and stakeholders accurately.
• Apply HR policies and guidelines in daily work.
• Maintain employee data and handle confidential information with care.
• Analyze recurring questions and process challenges to identify improvements.
• Contribute to initiatives that simplify and improve team processes.
• Support or lead a small continuous improvement project during the internship.
