Job summary

Noovy is seeking a structured, reliable HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations in a hands-on, SaaS environment. You will lead HR administration, employee support, onboarding coordination, payroll coordination, compliance, and engagement, acting as the first contact for employees and managers.

You will own contracts, records, deadlines, and data protection, while collaborating with external HR and legal partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Experience across HR administration, employee support, payroll coordination, and lifecycle processes.
• Good working knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong contracts, documentation, and HR records management.
• Organised and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and professional attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent and takes ownership of daily HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, extensions, termination docs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor contract dates, probation periods, and HR deadlines.
• Ensure HR processes comply with Dutch employment law and regulations.
• Coordinate with external HR and legal partners when needed.
• Maintain and update HR policies and documentation.
• Handle confidential HR files per data protection requirements.
• Act as first contact for employees on HR questions.
• Support managers on contracts, leave, policies, and benefits.
• Assist with performance and attendance matters when needed.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external provider.
• Ensure salary changes and payroll data are submitted accurately.
• Onboard new hires and coordinate offboarding processes.
• Support performance review processes and related documentation.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Maintain records of employee development and training.
