Job summary

Simply Green B.V. is seeking an HR Officer to own day-to-day HR operations, act as the main contact for employees and managers, and oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, leave and absence, HR systems, reporting, and process improvement in a fast-moving international SME based in Almere.

You will collaborate with management, payroll providers, recruiters, and external partners, drive HR data quality, implement practical process improvements, and support performance, conduct, and employee

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience across multiple areas including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience with HR data, processes, and compliance in a European SME.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, salary-change letters, and HR docs.
• Coordinate recruitment: screening, interviews, offers.
• Support employee relations, performance, conduct, attendance.
• Coordinate monthly payroll input and liaise with payroll provider.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor probation, renewals, and key HR deadlines.
