Job summary

Caely is seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our HR team in Amsterdam. You will manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration, supporting the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will work with Personio as our core HR system to manage data and workflows, provide first-line HR support on benefits and leave management, and ensure compliance with Dutch employment laws and internal policies across countries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, or similar).
• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.

Responsibilities
