Cartier in Amsterdam is offering a hybrid, 6-month internship in Learning & Development and HR Generalist support. You will help update training materials, coordinate workshops, and analyze program data while gaining insight into luxury HR operations.

The role starts in September, is full-time for 6 months, and includes a monthly internship allowance. English is required, Dutch/French is a plus.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in HBO/WO program (e.g., HR, Business Admin, Psychology)
• Available for full-time internship starting in September for 6 months
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French an asset
• Strong affinity for data; comfortable with Excel and digital tools

Responsabilidades

• Assist L&D in updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, registrations, spaces, catering, travel
• Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and participant satisfaction
• Draft internal communications and design marketing materials for learning opportunities
• Support HR Generalist activities (onboarding/offboarding, day-to-day tasks)
