Qualifications

• A degree HBO-/WO towards HRM/Business Administration.
• Approximately five year experience as HR advisor within a complex international matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Coach department managers and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Serve as sparring partner for managers on staffing, diversity and development programs.
• Support performance management and professional development efforts.
• Coordinate HR activities across multi-country offices and matrix organization.
