Job summary

Thales is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives across a complex, international matrix organization in the Netherlands. You will coach managers, align HR goals with business needs, and drive performance and development programs while balancing employees and organizational priorities.

You will collaborate with the HR team across multiple centers of excellence, supporting staffing, inclusion, and change initiatives in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• A HBO-/WO degree in HRM/Business Administration.
• Approximately three years of HR advisory experience in a complex international matrix.
• Knowledge of HR instruments.
• Flexible and agile mindset with adaptability.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels.
• Excellent communication, customer-oriented, proactive, team player.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• VUCA environment readiness.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as sparring partner for department managers on HR topics, staffing and development.
• Coach and challenge in Performance Management and Professional Development.
• Translate HR goals into practical solutions for the organization.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across the organization to deliver on strategic HR goals.
