Job summary

MiniMed in the Netherlands seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape people strategy across the Netherlands. You will partner with leaders, translate business priorities into people solutions, and coach managers through performance, engagement, and leadership development, while coordinating with HR Shared Services.

This role covers Dutch employment law, employee relations, talent planning, and continuous HR improvements.

Qualifications

• Several years of HR experience within the Netherlands.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law with practical application.
• Experience coaching managers on people-related topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and partner with leaders to translate priorities into solutions.
• Advise managers on performance management, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support employee relations in alignment with Dutch law.
• Contribute to talent reviews, organizational changes, and HR process improvements.
