Job summary

Travis Road Services is seeking an HR Advisor/Recruiter to join a small HR team in Tilburg. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll input, HR documentation, and HR policy administration. The role offers growth into HR Business Partner or senior Recruiter roles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR operations and recruitment, Dutch law knowledge, and fluent Dutch with good English. It is a high-growth tech scale-up with a temporary contract aimed at permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or comparable field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a role combining HR operations and recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with payroll input and external payroll provider.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and competency-based interviewing.
• Working knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR administration and absence processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English.

What will you do as HR Advisor/Recruiter at Travis Road Services?

As HR Advisor/Recruiter you are the all-round HR professional in Travis Road Services's small HR team consisting of an HR manager, an HR officer (24 hours/week) and a part-time interim recruiter (20 hours/week). You combine two areas: HR operations (including payroll input) and end-to-end recruitment. You support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from the first intake for a vacancy to the last working day.

Who are you?

This vacancy is ideal for someone who has already some recruitment experience and wants to progress to the role of HR Business Partner or Recruiter within a few years. Travis Road Services is looking for the following qualifications and skills:

• You are an experienced HR all-rounder who enjoys both the people side of recruitment and the accuracy of HR administration and payroll.

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a role combining HR operations and recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with payroll input and working with an external payroll provider.

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and structured, competency-based interviewing.

• Working knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR administration and absence processes.

• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English, spoken and written.

• Accurate, independent, discreet and comfortable in a dynamic scale-up environment.
