Job summary

Travis International in Tilburg is seeking an HR Advisor/Recruiter to join a small HR team. You will handle payroll input and end-to-end recruitment, supporting employees and managers across the full lifecycle. The role offers a path to HR Business Partner or Recruiter with growth opportunities.

The team values hands-on HR operations experience, strong Dutch law knowledge, and fluent Dutch with good English. On-site in Tilburg with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field and 3+ years HR ops + recruitment.
• Hands-on payroll input experience and external payroll provider liaison.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment with structured interviews.
• Fluent Dutch with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, interviews, offer.
• Own onboarding and offboarding for new hires.
• Prepare monthly payroll input and liaise with payroll provider.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and contracts.
• Maintain HR policies; be first point of contact for HR questions.
• Produce standard HR reports on headcount, absence, turnover and recruitment.
