Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. located in Schiphol-Rijk, NL, is seeking an HR Officer to drive accurate HR administration and provide first-line HR support. You will manage personnel information, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to HR projects, including Arbo/Illness matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role is required.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: manage HR data for employees, including expats and Japanese colleagues, ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements.
• Participate in the full HR process lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• First Line HR Questions: be the first contact for HR queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain Arbo/Illness processes, sick leave administration, and contact with healthcare providers.
• Reporting: ensure timely data entry and standard period reports, implement actions from reports.
