Job summary

Yusen Logistics, a leading international logistics provider, seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with managers across branches. You will deliver performance management, employee relations, and talent development while translating business needs into practical HR initiatives.

The role is hybrid with two days work from home and bases in Schiphol or Moerdijk. You will oversee recruitment, absenteeism, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Several years in broad HR advisory roles such as HRBP/HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Translate HR strategy into practical initiatives across branches.
• Support recruitment activities and talent development.
• Lead absenteeism and case management for sustainable employability.
• Implement HR policies and change initiatives.
• Own designated HR topics and drive improvements.
• Analyse HR data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
