Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards. You’ll conduct daily spot checks, ensure cleanliness, presentation and maintenance, and support the Housekeeping Manager by training and motivating the team.

This hands-on role also involves occasional cleaning duties alongside administrative tasks, with a focus on planning, organisation and delivering thoughtful guest experiences for our members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible availability including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation and maintenance standards.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager by training, developing and motivating the team; assist with planning and organisation.
• Hands-on role with occasional cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.
