Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a capable Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold top quality standards in public areas and guest rooms. You will conduct daily spot checks and assist the Housekeeping Manager in coaching the team, with occasional cleaning and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter.
• Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality standards in public areas and rooms.
• Perform daily spot checks across all facilities to guarantee cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in training, developing and nurturing the team.
• Carry out cleaning tasks and administrative duties as needed.
