Job summary

Soho House is seeking an excellent and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will maintain high standards in public areas and rooms, perform daily spot checks, and support the Housekeeping Manager in training and developing the team.

Responsibilities include occasional cleaning tasks and administrative duties, with a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. The role requires 2+ years in a similar position and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, articulate and able to multi-task in a high-volume, demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will be maintaining the highest quality standards in our public areas and rooms. You will be performing daily spot checks throughout all facilities to guarantee cleanliness and maintenance standards. You will support the Housekeeping Manager in training, developing and nurturing the team. Cleaning tasks may also be included in your duties from time to time as well as administrative duties.
