Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to guide the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations, ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.

Your role includes optimizing schedules, mentoring staff, and maintaining high hygiene and presentation levels, while coordinating with other departments to support events and guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team in a hotel environment.
• Strong English communication; Dutch language a plus.
• Ability to manage daily operations, projects and admin tasks.
• Hands-on leader with attention to detail and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities.
• Ensure rooms meet hotel standards and brand promise.
• Manage linen handling and room readiness priorities.
