Soho House Amsterdam seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest standards across bedrooms and public areas. You will conduct daily spot checks, ensuring cleanliness and presentation while supporting the Housekeeping Manager in training and coordinating the team.

This hands-on role blends supervision with administrative tasks, requiring strong communication, detail-orientation, and a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible availability including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards.
• Train, develop, and motivate the team, supporting the Housekeeping Manager.
• Assist with planning and organisation; this is a hands-on role.
• Occasionally assist with cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.
