Job summary

Soho House is seeking an excellent and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will maintain high standards in public areas and rooms, perform daily spot checks, and support the Housekeeping Manager in training and developing the team.

Responsibilities include occasional cleaning tasks and administrative duties, with a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. The role requires 2+ years in a similar position and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, articulate and able to multi-task in a high-volume, demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest quality standards in public areas and rooms.
• Perform daily spot checks across all facilities.
• Support Housekeeping Manager in training and developing the team.
• Occasional cleaning duties and administrative tasks as needed.
