Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a 330-room hotel team and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. You will guide room attendants, inspect rooms, manage laundry, and coordinate maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.

You’ll also personaliz e guest experiences for World of Hyatt members and respond to complaints with preventive actions. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to multitask across shifts.

Qualifications

• You have leadership experience.
• You have housekeeping experience.
• You are a good motivator and able to multitask.
• You are flexible working in different shifts: weekends, mornings and evening.
• You have great language skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team of room attendants and guarantee hotel cleanliness including rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards.
• Coordinate laundry and uniform care for guests and staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests to keep housekeeping equipment operational.
• Personalize guest experiences for World of Hyatt members.
• Handle complaints and implement prevention plans.
• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service to create memorable guest experiences.

Summary

Ready to lead and be part of the heart of the hotel? Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a housekeeping supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you motivate the team and ensure our 330 room hotel is clean, welcoming and guest-ready every day.

Responsibilities

• Your duties will include giving guidance to the team of room attendants and to guarantee the cleanliness of the complete hotel, this includes rooms, corridors and public areas
• You will inspect if guest rooms are cleaned in accordance to the hotel’s standards
• You will ensure the laundry and dry‑cleaning of uniforms and guest laundry is well organized
• You coordinate all repairs and maintenance and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of Housekeeping equipment
• You take care of our most regular guests, frequent travelers and World of Hyatt members to help personalize their experience
• You will take ownership in complaint handling and execute plans to prevent complaints
• You will be responsible to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to create memorable guest experiences in our hotel

• This role is graded under the Dutch Horeca CLA using the ‘referentiefuncties Horeca’ and is classified in salary group III, including the applicable salary scale for full‑time employment. The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from €2.505,04–€3.032,79 , based on full‑time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience.
• We offer 25 vacation days (full-time), 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, daily meal, and 5 extra paid paternity leave days after 1 year.
