Job summary

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to guide a diverse team and uphold exceptional cleanliness across rooms, corridors and public areas.

You will inspect rooms, manage laundry operations, coordinate maintenance, and address guest complaints to prevent recurrence while ensuring a courteous, efficient guest experience. Dutch work eligibility plus English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the room attendants team and ensure hotel-wide cleanliness.
• Inspect guest rooms for adherence to standards.
• Organize laundry and dry-cleaning of uniforms and guest items.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance and issue orders for housekeeping equipment.
• Handle guest complaints and implement preventive actions.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient service to create memorable experiences.
