Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the overall service delivery and guest experience across all hotel departments. You will be the right hand to the General Manager, guiding daily operations and leadership development in a smaller, dynamic hotel setting.

Key responsibilities include leading department heads, maintaining brand standards, driving financial targets, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong stakeholder management across departments.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Heads of Department and act as deputy to General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Drive cost control, productivity, and payroll management.
