Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven, part of PPHE Hotel Group, offers an Operations Management Intern position at Park Plaza Eindhoven. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to learn leadership, hotel operations, and commercial thinking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to leadership activities, operational decision making, and coordination across departments, with a focus on guest experience and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered with an educational institution for a leadership or management internship.
• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master in a relevant field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Excellent English communication and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure guest experience.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance.
• Participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities.
