Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all hotel services, delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience across departments. You will act as the right hand to the General Manager, leading daily operations and supporting Heads of Department in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Relocation is welcome and relocation support can be discussed; the role requires strong leadership, a hands-on mindset, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction in a smaller hotel

Qualifications

• Proven hotel operations leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience across departments meets brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Use reporting tools to support operational and commercial decisions; drive productivity and cost control.
• Lead Heads of Department and role model leadership aligned with PPHE values.
