Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering an Operations Management Intern role starting February 2027. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to gain hands-on leadership experience in hotel operations and commercial initiatives.

This paid internship includes real responsibility, exposure to senior management, and opportunities to contribute to guest experience, events, promotions, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Available for an internship of at least 5 months.
• Strong English communication and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Work with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance through sales initiatives, events, and promotions.
• Participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities.
