Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering an Operations Management Intern role at the heart of the hotel's busy operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads, gaining hands-on experience in front-office, F&B, meetings & events, and housekeeping while supporting day-to-day operations and leadership initiatives.

This internship emphasizes leadership development, decision-making, and commercial thinking, with exposure to travel guests and multi-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Registered with a recognised educational institution for a leadership, hospitality, or management internship.
• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's programme, or enrolled in a Master's programme, preferably in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks, gaining insight into hotel-wide decision-making.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience.
• Provide operational support to Front Office, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Housekeeping as needed.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling, quality checks, and operational follow-up.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance by supporting sales initiatives, events, promotions, and new ideas.
• Actively participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities as part of the internship programme.
