Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking an Operations Management Intern to join its dynamic hotel team. You will work closely with the General Manager, department heads, and operations staff to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, leadership activities, and commercial initiatives while supporting day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

Requirements include being enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Hospitality or Hotel Management, availability for at least five months, and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme or a Master's programme in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
• Provide operational support to Front Office, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Housekeeping.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance via sales initiatives and events.
• Participate in meetings, projects and leadership activities as part of the internship.
