Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering a Management Assistant Intern position at the heart of its hotel operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads, gaining hands-on leadership experience in operations, hospitality, and commercial initiatives.

Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Hospitality or related fields, available for at least 5 months, and proficient in English. A monthly allowance of €750 is provided.

Qualifications

• Registered with a recognized educational institution for a leadership or management internship.
• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance by supporting sales initiatives, events, promotions, and new ideas.
• Actively participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities as part of your internship program.
