Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven offers a Management Assistant Intern role at the heart of its fast-paced hotel operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, decision making, and coordinating activities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in leadership or management internship through an educational institution.
• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program.
• Available for at least 5 months.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

As a Management Assistant Intern, you will be positioned at the heart of the hotel operation. • Assist department heads with management activities such as administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance by supporting sales initiatives, events, promotions, and new ideas.
• Actively participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities as part of your internship program.

What we are looking for?

Essential requirements

• Registered with a recognized educational institution for a leadership or management internship.
• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

Preferred requirements

• Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or a service driven environment.
• Interest in commercial performance, leadership development, and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
