Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering a leadership internship in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will support the General Manager and collaborate across all departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will engage in leadership activities, assist with planning and quality checks, and contribute to sales initiatives and events, gaining hands-on management exposure in a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a leadership or management internship program at an educational institution.
• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional attitude.

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

• Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or a service-driven environment.
• Interest in commercial performance, leadership development, and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
