Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering a Management Assistant Intern position at the heart of the hotel operation. You will work with the General Manager and department heads, gaining hands-on experience in leadership activities, hotel operations, and commercial initiatives during a leadership internship.

You will support daily operations, contribute to sales initiatives, and participate in meetings and projects as part of your internship program, with exposure to senior leadership and decision making.

Qualifications

• Registered with a recognized educational institution for a leadership or management internship.
• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks, gaining insight into hotel‑wide decision making.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience.
• Assist department heads with management activities such as administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance by supporting sales initiatives, events, promotions, and new ideas.
• Actively participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities as part of your internship program.
