Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Hengelo City Center in Hengelo, Netherlands, seeks a guest-focused Host to deliver warm, attentive service at the front desk. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, share local recommendations, take reservations, answer calls, assist with luggage, and help in the lobby and breakfast service to ensure a consistently welcoming experience.

Fluent Dutch and English are required; you have at least two years in hospitality, reception experience, and the ability to travel to work as

Job Requirements

WHO ARE YOU

• You always put the guest first.
• You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.
• You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.
• You work well independently and in a team.
• You are proactive, responsible and a real go-getter.
• Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• You can easily travel to work at all times.
