Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Hengelo City Center is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations with a positive, proactive attitude.

You will support breakfast service, assist guests in the lobby, and ensure a clean, inviting atmosphere. Fluency in Dutch and English is expected; F&B experience is a plus and two years in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset and hospitality focus.
• Two years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
• Experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs and inquiries.
• Make recommendations and assist with reservations.
• Answer calls and process room reservation requests.
• Assist guests with luggage and farewell.
• Support breakfast service and help in the lobby.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and questions.

WHO ARE YOU

• You always put the guest first.
• You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.
• You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.
• You work well independently and in a team.

• Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• You can easily travel to work at all times.
