The Social Hub is seeking a Project Manager - Stay Operations Intern to assist with managing and optimizing room operations under the Stay Operations Manager. You will contribute to 21 hubs by auditing compliance and supporting guest experience improvements.

You are a student enrolled in an EU university, detail-oriented and collaborative, with strong English communication and a flexible mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Stay Operations Manager with overseeing day-to-day room operations.
• Assist with auditing compliance to The Social Hub standards.
• Monitor guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations.
