Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) is looking for a Project Manager - Stay Operations Intern to support and optimize room operations reporting to the Stay Operations Manager across 21 hubs. You will help maintain high-quality standards, improve guest experiences, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

As an intern, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborate with local teams, and gain exposure to hotel-like operations in a hybrid hospitality concept expanding across

Qualifications

• You are a student currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• You are detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You are enrolled at an EU University.

Responsibilities

• Support the Stay Operations Manager and Hospitality Manager Stay with overseeing day-to-day room operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Conduct regular auditing of compliance to TSH standards across all Stay products.
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement, new offerings, and revenue growth in room operations.
• Assist with the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
