Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Quality Intern to learn about and support quality and operational excellence across our European locations. You’ll analyze guest service metrics, audits, and online reputation to identify improvement opportunities and help implement solutions that raise service standards.

The role provides on-the-job coaching, exposure to a dynamic, international hospitality environment, and a pathway into the world of quality management within a certified B Corp organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Management studies.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Detail-oriented and driven by continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for operational excellence, reporting and auditing.
• You will drive operational excellence across all sites by creating action plans, revising operational checklists and implementing effective solutions.
• You will regularly review and analyse guest service metrics, guest satisfaction data, and online reputation management to identify areas for improvement together with the team.
• You will support audits to measure progress against quality requirements and provide accurate and timely reporting.
• You will improve audit templates and checklists in the tool.
