Job summary

CityHub Amsterdam invites an Hotel Management Intern to support the Hotel Manager with daily operations, concentrating on sales and group bookings. You’ll welcome guests, assist bookers, and promote CityHub values, while the hotel evolves daily and your role grows with it.

You are a sociable student in Hotel/Event Management, enrolled in an EU university for the full term, and available full-time for at least six months. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• University student in Hotel/Event Management or related studies.
• Enrolled in EU university for the whole duration of the internship.
• Available full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Sales oriented with a sociable, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hotel Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Host travellers and help guests, travellers, and bookers at the hotel and online.
• Maintain partnerships and develop new ideas.
• Set up appointments for the Hotel Manager.
• Approach potential companies to collaborate.
• Receive and handle group requests.
• Assist with individual reservations as needed.
• Organize sales events and hotel tours.
• Contribute to CityHub brand awareness.
