Job summary

The Social Hub invites a Sales Customer Support Intern to coordinate group reservations and deliver the iconic The Social Hub experience. You will engage guests across channels, advise on services, and help our international community feel welcome. This internship is 5–6 months, with opportunities starting February 2027.

You'll work across systems like Mews, Zendesk, Salesforce, and collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth arrivals and outstanding guest moments.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a university.
• Pursuing a relevant bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or Business.
• Hospitality-minded with interest in sales and customer experience.
• Flexible including weekends and evenings.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in an international environment.
• No holiday plans during internship.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Comfortable in an ambitious and informal environment.

Responsibilities

• Take enquiries and bookings via various channels.
• Execute financial handlings such as sending out, checking and raising invoices.
• Prepare arrival information with completed final and accurate details for our local colleagues.
• Work with Hotel Management Systems (Mews, Pxier and Omniboost), Zendesk, Salesforce.
• Advise guests on The Social Hub services and products.
• Respond to inquiries via email, telephone and other channels regarding reservations and information.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to maintain satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist co-team members during peak moments.
• Support local operations to deliver unforgettable experiences.
