Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is looking for a Stay Operations Intern to assist the Stay Operations Manager and Hospitality Manager Stay. You will help oversee daily room operations, including check-in/out, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring smooth functioning and high guest satisfaction.

You will audit compliance with TSH standards, monitor guest feedback, and contribute to identifying opportunities for improved offerings and revenue growth in room operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a student currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Stay Operations Manager with day-to-day room operations oversight.
• Assist in audits to ensure compliance with The Social Hub standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and market needs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help implement technology solutions to streamline operations and guest experiences.
