Job summary

Tandem Health is hiring in Leiden for a full-time Commercial Outreach Specialist. The role focuses on expanding contracted care groups, onboarding practices, and driving adoption of our healthcare platform designed by clinicians.

You will interact with doctors, practice managers, and group decision-makers in a fast-growing healthtech environment. You will manage structured outreach with clear KPIs, coordinate onboarding sessions, and maintain a live CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial role within healthcare.
• Comfort with structured outreach and KPIs.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across groups.
• Organized and persistent in managing multiple practices.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Grow within contracted care groups; onboarding for general practices.
• Identify key decision-makers per group.
• Perform structured outreach via email and calls; schedule meetings.
• Coordinate onboarding: ensure trainings, equipment, and readiness.
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and report weekly.
• Collect user feedback and share insights with the team.
