Job summary

Tandem Health AB in Leiden, Netherlands seeks a driven implementation lead to support healthcare deployments from onboarding to go-live, collaborating with clinicians and IT teams to ensure workflows fit real clinical settings.

You will coordinate training, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption, while maintaining a user-centered focus and strong communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience improving clinical workflows and reducing clinician admin burden.
• Experience in or with hospital settings preferred.
• Operationally strong with end-to-end implementation plans.
• User-centered mindset focused on usability and workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, training, and go-live support for Tandem deployments.
• Work with clinical teams to ensure real-world workflow compatibility.
• Triage issues and escalate appropriately.
• Drive adoption by engaging champions and tracking usage.
• Gather feedback and relay insights to Product/Engineering.
• Support safety and QA processes during deployments.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
