Job summary

Incision is seeking an Implementation specialist coordinator to drive customer onboarding of the Incision Assist platform across the BeNeLux region. You will manage project plans, timelines, and act as the main hospital contact during implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and value realization for customers.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you will train users, coordinate data delivery, and balance workload across the implementation and data-entry teams while identifying opportunities to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or digital health.
• Experience in healthcare technology or healthcare services is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects to ensure successful deployment of the platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and milestones.
• Act as main hospital contact during implementation and translate user needs into product improvements.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users and teams.
• Oversee data collection, content delivery, and technical delivery for the customized app.
• Monitor quality and speed of data entry and implementation activities.
