Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris seeks a Head of Technology to own and lead the technology operation across boutiques, offices and remote teams. You will drive infrastructure, security, IT support and in-store tech, setting priorities and delivering reliable services as the business grows.

You will lead the IT Operations Manager and Omnichannel Retail Product Owner, shape the team, and stay hands-on on major challenges. Report to the CIO and collaborate on the technology roadmap and budget.

Qualifications

At least seven years in IT operations, infrastructure or related tech roles.
Two to three years leading people or teams.
Broad knowledge of networks, cloud services, end-user tech and security.
Experience delivering tech projects in a growing organization; retail/omnichannel is a plus.
Ability to develop people and build a scalable team.
Experience managing external IT partners and balancing service quality with costs.
Interest in new technologies, including AI applications for business.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the team, setting priorities and owning decisions.
Ensure reliable IT operations across HQ, boutiques and remote teams.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and asset management; manage IT processes.
Deliver cross-functional IT projects (ERP, POS, data platform) and infrastructure improvements.
Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, Finance, Marketing to implement practical solutions.
Track incidents, risks and progress; optimize for cost and performance.
