Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris, Amsterdam-based lifestyle brand, is seeking a Head of Technology to own and steer our technology operations across boutiques, offices, and remote teams. You will lead the IT Operations Manager and Omnichannel Retail Product Owner, drive infrastructure, security, and in-store tech, and deliver major projects like NetSuite ERP while shaping the tech roadmap with the CIO.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in IT operations, infrastructure or related tech roles.
• Two to three years in people leadership.
• Broad knowledge of networks, cloud services, end-user tech and security.
• Experience delivering technology projects in growing orgs; retail/omnichannel a plus.
• Ability to develop people and build scalable teams.
• Experience managing external IT partners and balancing cost with quality.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong organizational skills; balance daily ops with long-term projects.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the IT team including coaching and hiring.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of IT environment across HQ, boutiques and remote staff.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Lead NetSuite ERP implementation and ensure cross-functional adoption.
• Support POS rollout with proper infrastructure and data foundations.
• Drive delivery of projects like new boutique openings, data platform, partner portal.
• Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, Finance, Marketing to deliver practical solutions.
• Manage IT vendors and track incidents, risks, progress.
