Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris is seeking a strategic IT Operations lead to oversee infrastructure, security and IT support across boutiques, offices and remote teams. You will report to the CIO, shape the technology roadmap and build the team as the business grows.

You will manage ERP rollout projects, ensure reliable systems and collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Seven years in IT operations, infrastructure or related tech roles with 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Broad knowledge of networks, cloud services, end-user technology and security.
• Experience delivering technology projects in a growing organization; retail or multi-location sectors are a plus.
• Ability to develop people and grow a team with increasing responsibility over time.
• Experience managing external IT partners while balancing quality of service with costs.
• Interest in new technologies, including how AI can improve business operations.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the IT Operations team including coaching and setting priorities.
• Ensure reliability, performance and security of the IT environment across locations.
• Oversee daily IT processes and onboarding/offboarding of devices and users.
• Deliver operational ERP and other major projects and ensure smooth landings.
• Collaborate with Retail, E‑commerce, Finance and Marketing to provide practical solutions.
• Manage IT service providers and monitor incidents, risks and progress.
