Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris, a renowned Amsterdam-based lifestyle and beauty brand, seeks a Supply Chain Lead to run daily logistics across D2C, B2B, and boutiques and to own NetSuite integration in operations.

You will lead a team of three, collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Finance and Customer Service, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery while optimizing costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years in logistics or supply chain with direct leadership of a small team.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or beauty and lifestyle is a plus.
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Hands-on fulfilment experience across D2C and B2B and managing 3PL partners day to day.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, stock flow, transport and returns.
• Experience with ERP implementation or go-live; NetSuite is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel abilities.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Lead who enjoys leading a team and staying close to the operation. You’ll keep our logistics running reliably every day and play a key role in landing NetSuite in the daily work.

The Position

You’ll run our daily logistics operation across D2C, B2B and boutique channels. From order flow and stock movement to fulfilment, delivery and returns, you’ll make sure products reach the right place on time and in full, with service and costs kept in balance.

You’ll lead a team of three in logistics and operations, report to the Supply Chain Director and be the day-to-day contact for our 3PL and transport partners. You’ll also own the operational side of our NetSuite implementation: making sure our logistics processes, data and team are ready for go-live and that the system works in practice afterwards.

You’ll work closely with Planning, Commercial, Finance and Customer Service to turn plans into reliable daily execution.

What You’ll Do

Keep logistics running

• Oversee daily operations across D2C, B2B and boutiques, from inbound and order flow through to delivery and returns.
• Monitor on-time-in-full delivery, spot issues early and act to protect service.
• Balance priorities across channels and keep the operation efficient as volumes grow.

Manage our logistics partners

• Manage 3PL, warehouse and carrier performance against agreed service levels and KPIs.
• Resolve operational issues with partners and drive improvements in reliability and cost.
• Keep a sharp eye on logistics costs and identify savings without compromising service.

Lead NetSuite in the operation

• Act as the process owner for logistics and order-to-cash flows in NetSuite.
• Define and test processes for order handling, stock movements, returns and 3PL integration.
• Safeguard data quality on items, locations and stock, and prepare the team for go-live.
• Stabilise and optimise processes after go-live so the system delivers what we need.

Lead and develop the team

• Lead, coach and develop three colleagues with clear priorities and ownership.
• Help the team solve problems, make decisions and take on more responsibility over time.
• Use operational data to track performance, set priorities and measure improvements.

What you bring

You take ownership when plans change or an issue needs resolving. You’re comfortable making decisions, but you also know when to involve your team and stakeholders. You bring structure to a busy operation, develop the people around you and follow through until a solution works in practice.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Six to eight years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations, including direct leadership of a small team. Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or beauty and lifestyle is a plus.
• A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Hands-on experience running fulfilment across D2C and B2B and managing 3PL partners day to day.
• A strong understanding of order-to-cash, stock flow, transport and returns.
• Proven experience with an ERP implementation or go-live, ideally as process owner or key user. NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English. Dutch is a strong advantage when working with our retail and logistics partners.
