Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Supply Chain Lead to oversee daily operations across D2C, B2B and boutiques. You’ll guide a four-person team, ensure reliable order flow, stock, delivery and returns, and collaborate with partners to optimize costs and service.

You will drive improvements, support the NetSuite implementation, and ensure alignment with Commercial, Finance and Sourcing teams. English fluency is required, Dutch advantageous.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience in supply chain or operations with direct leadership of a small team
• A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
• Experience running fulfilment across D2C and B2B and managing 3PL partners day to day
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, stock flow, logistics and returns
• Ability to guide a Senior Planner and align planning with the operation
• Experience with ERP go-live or NetSuite is a plus
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage when working with partners
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across D2C, B2B and boutiques, including order flow, stock movement, delivery and returns
• Lead, coach and develop four colleagues across planning and operations
• Manage day-to-day 3PL and warehouse performance against service levels
• Prepare the team for the NetSuite go-live and improve processes as the business grows
