Livezoku in Amsterdam is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the central Reservations team across four Zoku locations. You will own the reservations journey from first contact through to booking, ensuring a warm, personal welcome and strong commercial results.
The role requires at least three years in Reservations or Customer Service with team leadership, experience with PMS/GDS/OTA platforms, and fluency in English.
Qualifikationen
- At least three years in Reservations, Customer Service, or a similar operations role with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with reservation systems, PMS, GDS platforms, and OTAs.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Reservations staff to exceed KPIs.
- Ensure a warm, personal welcome from first contact across calls and emails.
- Drive performance, conversion, and guest satisfaction through clear standards.
- Own the reservations operation across all locations, with structured processes.
- Manage group inquiries and handovers to Sales and Events teams.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Meetings & Events, Marketing and Operations.
- continuously improve systems, procedures and knowledge within Reservations.
